After printing the label, the order has the status Completed and has a tracking code. The creation of a listing order can be done manually or by transferring an order received from a reseller through integration with the corresponding online store or trading platform. In this part, we will focus on the first case.

Adding an order starts with choosing a fulfillment center and courier. In the picture below, this is the part surrounded by a green rectangle. Following this sequence is important because the couriers are linked to the warehouse and the country of delivery is linked to the courier. In addition, when selecting a product, information about availability in the relevant warehouse is displayed.
The next step is to fill in the customer’s address – the fields surrounded by an orange rectangle. This can be done by copying each element or copying the entire address /for popular platforms/ and placing the box surrounded by a blue rectangle, then selecting a shape and pressing the EXPORT button. After the address follow the products / the red rectangle., the work here is similar to Transfers. You find the product in the drop-down list, fill in the number, and press the green button and repeat as many times as the products need to be sent.
After filling in all the data, close the document with the button with the padlock.
Upon completion, the system will return you to the orders list.
If you want to cancel an issued document within 5 minutes of issuing it can be deleted, then you need to issue a cancellation request. In both cases, click the button at the beginning of the line marked with a red circle, then press some of the buttons marked with a red ellipsis and confirm. The cancellation is carried out by colleagues in the warehouse as it may involve additional actions, and sometimes it may not be possible if the shipment has been delivered.
Another important thing on this page is the status, which changes according to the execution of the order, the completion of the order and the issuance of the receipt, the tracking will also appear under the status.
In the field marked with an orange rectangle, you will be able to see when the document was created and when it was closed.
The gray box is related to filtering and searching for documents to preview or download.
