In order to be able to sell your items in Tradefy, a few rules must be followed:
What does this mean? In order to exclude human error and fast processing of orders, Tradefy maintains information not only about the quantity of each product but also where it is on the shelves. In order to take a certain product, the system checks if it is the correct place and if it is the right item.
You do not need to add a new item for the specific warehouse to work with, Tradefy divides the stocks by warehouses and does not allow confusion.
To work with different resellers, or to maintain more than one listing in a particular reseller, you do not need to create and maintain a new item. The listings are attached with one real product.
Because it is designed for retailers of different scales, Tradefy supports different options for printing product labels without the need to purchase new equipment.
From the main menu, select Catalog then Products. When opening the page with the list of products, find the one you will work with and press the button at the end of the line / marked with a circle /.
In the new window, choose from the various printing options. You can print label paper with a different number and format of label on a regular A4 laser printer.
You can print on label printers with different paper sizes.
In order for the goods to be accepted in the Fulfillment Center, they must meet certain conditions
From the main menu, select Warehouse oper. and then Transfer.
Tradefy will load the page with the transfers you made for delivery of goods to fulfillment warehouses.
This page will initially be blank.
In the transfer window you can find all the released documents and find out what their status is.
To add a new transfer, press the + button in the red circle.
To edit a saved document, click the pencil button in the gut square corresponding to the transfer you want to edit.
In both cases the same window will open
Select the warehouse to which you will send the goods.
Place the cursor in the first cell of the row in the red rectangle, 5 items will appear in the drop-down menu, start typing part of the name of the desired product the system will offer new 5, finding the right select it, write quantity, price / optional / and press green button, the product will fall on the bottom row and this one will cool down for a new one.
To edit the quantity of an already confirmed product change the number is the qtty column. And to delete it, use the worm button at the end of the line.
To save the edit document, use the floppy disk button at the top right. After filling in all the products, finish the document with the padlock button on the top right, marked with a red ellipse.
When you have finished the document, print it out / the printer button is the transfer list / and place it in the box with the goods.
Send to the fulfillment center according to the agreed scheme to our warehouse in Bulgaria or directly to the fulfillment center for which the goods are intended.
